Refund Policy

At Lintio Ltd, we value transparency and client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not apply to our services.

1. General Policy
All payments made for our products, subscriptions, or project-based services are considered final once work has begun, unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Project-Based Services
For consulting, development, or custom projects:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

  • Once initial development or design work has started, payments are non-refundable.

  • If a project is canceled before any work has commenced, Lintio Ltd may issue a partial refund, minus administrative fees.

  • Any revisions, changes, or additional features requested after project scope approval may incur separate charges.

3. Subscription-Based Services
For recurring or hosted services (e.g., APIs, dashboards, or maintenance plans):

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

  • Refunds are not provided for partial months, unused time, or early cancellations.

  • If an error on our side causes service disruption exceeding seven (7) consecutive days, a prorated credit or partial refund may be offered at Lintio Ltd’s discretion.

4. Billing Errors
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within seven (7) days of the transaction. We will review the claim and, if verified, issue a correction or refund promptly.

5. Payment Disputes
Before opening a chargeback or dispute through your bank or payment provider, please contact us directly. We resolve most issues quickly through email support.

6. Contact for Refunds
To request a refund or billing review, email billing@lintio.org with:

  • Your name and email used for the purchase

  • Transaction date and amount

  • Description of the issue

We’ll respond within 2–3 business days.

7. Exceptions
No refunds will be issued for:

  • Completed design, code, or consultation work

  • Third-party service costs (e.g., hosting, domains, or integrations)

  • Promotional or discounted offers

  • Client inaction or delays that prevent project completion

8. Policy Changes
Lintio Ltd reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
